Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Desktop Network Support Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients, providing on-call support services for desktop and network issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and upgrading operating systems, applying patches, and performing software and hardware break fix tasks.
Your expertise in network engineering, including CCNA or above certification, will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with various technologies, including LAN, WAN, switch, and router configurations.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent business English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with local languages.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently. They will also be comfortable using standard tools, such as laptops, Cisco console cables, and software applications like Putty and Team Viewer.
