About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with all their administration tasks related to the sale of off the plan apartments in multiple locations in Sydney.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist team members with general business and administrative projects
* Manage the sales cycle from deposit to exchange, including governance
* Manage and coordinate trust receipts, settlement preparation
* Assist team with valuers, pre-settlement inspections, and handovers
* Assist with organizing and attending events, including sales launch days
Requirements:
* Experience in residential real estate or working for a developer previously
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
* Keen eye for detail, ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborative team player, eager to learn and contribute to company success
