About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Regional Operations Superintendent to lead the design, integration, and deployment of an Electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) system across WA Operations.
Reporting to the Regional Health & Safety Program Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring the ePTW system is practical, standardised, compliant, and fully embedded into day-to-day operational activities.
Working across multiple sites, you will collaborate with operations, maintenance, safety, project delivery, and contractor teams to drive successful implementation and long-term operational adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational leadership for the design and configuration of ePTW workflows
* Translate operational site practices into standardised digital processes
* Lead regional coordination of ePTW deployment across multiple sites
* Support project delivery through design, build, testing, and rollout phases
* Establish and maintain permit to work and isolation governance frameworks
* Develop and update procedures, standards, controls, and assurance processes
* Drive alignment between operations, maintenance, safety, and contractor activities
* Lead stakeholder engagement and structured change management initiatives
* Monitor compliance, KPIs, and system effectiveness across operations
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance risk control and efficiency
* Support regulatory engagement and audit activities as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Superintendent-level experience within mining, refining, or heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of permit to work, isolation, LOTO/LTV, or operational risk systems
* Proven experience delivering complex multi-site system implementations
* Strong understanding of WA regulatory requirements and operational compliance
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across all levels
* A practical, structured, and outcomes-focused leadership style
* Demonstrated change management and operational improvement experience
