Join us in providing staffing solutions that support hospitals and clinics by placing skilled nurses where they're needed most, ensuring high-quality patient care across the healthcare sector.
In this role, you will:
* Place skilled nurses into hospital and clinic shifts where they’re needed most
* Quickly fill urgent shifts by proactively managing new and existing candidates
* Convert candidates into active shift workers to maximise workforce availability
* Engage regularly with our nursing pool to maintain high shift fill rates
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and nurses
* Deliver exceptional service by understanding client needs and responding promptly
* Full-time hybrid role (2 days WFH) – near Town Hall Station
* Monday to Friday, supportive team, training & bonuses incentives

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:
* Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team
* Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
