In this dynamic role, you’ll help drive operational excellence and product success across a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and vendor partners to ensure our products are positioned for growth and performance. Key Responsibilities Order & Quotation Management Coordinate order processing and quotation requests, ensuring timely follow-up on estimated arrival dates to support efficient delivery timelines. Product Information Maintenance Create and manage product codes and descriptions that are clear, accurate, and engaging to enhance product visibility and understanding across platforms. Pricing & Go-to-Market Execution Support pricing strategy development, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives to drive commercial performance. Inventory Oversight Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures to ensure optimal product availability and minimize shortages. Vendor Reporting & Communication Prepare detailed reports and maintain proactive communication with vendors to promote transparency and operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong internal and external relationships. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
