THE ROLE
Based in MONBULK, we are seeking full time nursery/irrigation workers to join our fun, energetic and friendly team.
Duties of the Role include (not limited to):
* Maintenance and repairs of irrigation systems
* Watering
* Planting and/or potting
* Pruning, staking, and weeding
* Budding and grafting
* Learning the techniques of quality tree production
* Selecting and picking quality plants for orders
* General Nursery and Production duties
KEY ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS
* Fit and able (heavy lifting involved)
* Willing to work as part of the team
* Have a great work ethic and attitude
* Ability to be flexible with tasks
* Good communication skills
* Eye for detail
* Self-motivated
* Able to work unsupervised
* Own transport and licence (no public transport nearby)
