We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative. Based in our Burswood store, the position joins a proactive team as the first point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Representative ensures exceptional service delivery, contributes significantly to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and supports the overall success of the customer service department.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Professionally handle incoming service, fault or repair requests from customers, providing initial technical support where possible, and working with the service team to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, the best interests of the customer are maintained, and work orders/enquiries and closed out within the system upon completion.
* Responding proactively and professionally to inbound calls and emails.
* Resolving credits, returns and warranty enquiries in a timely manner.
* Troubleshooting end-user issues and providing technical advice.
* Provide information about products, including features, pricing, and benefits.
* Liaising with logistics, sales, marketing and other departments when required.
* Organising product returns, replacements and collections.
* Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications
* Similar background in a customer service role within a technical, product-based environment.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Prior experience in retail or call centres is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A passion for what you do and a high care factor.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
