We’re on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Senior Front of House Team Member to join our bakery family in Echuca. As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll be serving up smiles (and our delicious treats!) to locals, road trippers, and everyone in between.
The role on offer is casual with a range of hours available from 10-20hrs per week as needed.
Please note that this role requires availability to work shifts that range between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm.
From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous Bee Sting, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and keeping the front area looking its best.
- Sharing product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
- Working closely with the bakery team to keep things running smoothly – from morning coffee rushes to busy weekend afternoons.
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-focused all-rounder who’s positive and proactive
- Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a quick-paced environment
- Available to work at least one day on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
