Role Overview
As the General Manager - Human Resources, you will assume full responsibility for the end-to-end management of the HR, recruitment, and payroll functions across the business. Leading a small but capable team, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive the strategic HR agenda, ensure compliance, and deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance organisational performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Human Resources function across HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll.
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, delivering HR solutions that support business priorities.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment function, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with all legislative and compliance requirements.
Design and implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development strategies.
Maintain and update HR frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure alignment with legal obligations and best practice.
Manage all employee and industrial relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.
About You
Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership position, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry.
Strong generalist HR expertise with proven capability in both recruitment and payroll functions.
Track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing HR teams.
