Forklift operator / machine operator - kununurra, wa

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Machine Operators to support a busy site in Kununurra, WA, within the agriculture and cotton ginning industry.

This is a hands‐on role working in a fast‐paced production environment where you will operate machinery and forklifts, assist with ginning processes, and support equipment maintenance. You'll be part of a team focused on maintaining efficient production while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

This role supports cotton ginning operations through safe machinery use and production support.

• Operate forklifts and ginning machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with operation and basic maintenance of gin equipment
• Support production processes and monitor equipment performance
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with general site and operational tasks as required
• Competitive pay rate of $33.91 per hour + penalty rates
• Seasonal role for approximately 4-6 months
• High earning potential with approximately 60 hours per week

To be successful in this role, you will have strong machinery or cotton ginning experience and be confident working in a high‐demand production environment.

• Current forklift licence and operating experience (essential)
• Experience as a machine operator within the cotton industry (preferred)
• Previous experience across multiple ginning seasons or similar roles highly regarded
• Ability to assist with maintenance and operation of machinery
• Physically fit and able to work long hours during peak production
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
