Field Service Specialist Job Description
This role entails providing expert technical support to customers, working closely with service teams and the Service Manager. The Field Service Technician is accountable for all on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills, as well as a strong ability to work unsupervised and interact effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Diagnose errors or technical issues and provide effective solutions, delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
* Task Scheduling: Manage tasks, preventive maintenance, and break-fix calls in a timely and efficient manner.
* Equipment Upgrades: Perform upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
* Installation and Removal: Install and remove all gaming equipment, ensuring seamless transitions.
* System Fault Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex system faults, performing repair work as required.
