A recent chance for a Purchasing Assistant to join an international manufacturing company in a 3 month contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To provide purchasing (Intercompany and Outsourced) support for the Australian business by driving continuous improvement activities in the purchasing function.
* Ensuring goods are available in a timely manner.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to address timeframe of orders and ensuring an effective transition from P2P process.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSON PROFILE
* Relevant experience in a Customer Service/ Supply Chain role.
* SAP working knowledge, specifically as a MRP tool, P2P Process.
* High level of competence in Microsoft Excel.
* Comfortable in interacting with Senior Managers.
