Key Responsibilities
* You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with stress-free end-to-end solutions for their rental needs;
* Offering detailed information regarding rental agreements, insurance, guidelines, and procedures;
* Using multiple computer systems, managing cash handling, balancing, and performing administrative tasks;
* Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damages or issues, and detailing vehicles;
* Working collaboratively with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives;
* Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
