About the role
Munro & Associates Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through the conveyancing process.
The Role:
* All tasks necessary for day to day managing of conveyancing files from start to end, with the support of administrative staff members
* Drafting and preparing letters, contracts & vendor statements, transfer documents and other required conveyancing forms
* Contract Reviews
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Other administrative (conveyancing related) tasks as required.
You'll be using Smokeball and PEXA systems to optimise workflows and ensure seamless transactions. What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant technologies such as PEXA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
