A mental health clinician plays a vital role in supporting individuals with acute needs. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our community mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to increase service capacity and address acute mental health crisis in consumers 18 years and older.
* Provide specialist mental health interventions, including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, and management of risks.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure collaborative care and discharge planning.
