Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets for new business and aftermarket sales. You will also manage a list of customers whose leases are coming to an end and offer end of lease options.

Key Responsibilities:

* Selling Novated leases through various lead sources
* Up-selling and cross-selling Novated products and services via inbound leads
* Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
* Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients' databases
* Attending product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants
* Meeting individual monthly sales budgets
* Providing end-to-end customer service from initial enquiry to delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations and facilitating credit applications
* Preparing customers for their end of lease process

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* At least 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in a motor vehicle leasing or financial services environment
* Proven strong sales and presentation skills, with high levels of verbal and written communication and service skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment and build rapport quickly with customers
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convince and persuade customers
* Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales
* Enjoy change and be responsive to agile environments
* High levels of resilience and self-confidence to effectively interact with others
* Possess organization skills and ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around financial products and related leasing products
