Position Summary:
+ Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
+ Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
+ Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements,
+ Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and welcoming our experienced travelers
+ Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by being passionate, forward and inviting through each customer experience
+ Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
+ Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
+ Act as a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel ambassador and promote awareness on the hotel
About You:
+ Relevant experience in a similar role
