- Act as the point of contact for all areas of the business, listen to feedback on service levels and act accordingly by reviewing internal processes, providing training as appropriate
- Motivate all staff members to deliver exceptional Customer Service, guide and train as needed. Always lead by example
- Nurture customer relationships and drive brand loyalty by providing exceptional after-sales services, taking onboard feedback from customers, reviewing internal processes, and implementing changes to improve services provided
