Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy making a positive impact on customers both in their homes and on the road? Then join the Member Engagement team at RACV as an enthusiastic phone-based Sales Specialist.

Utilising your strong interpersonal skills to assist people in their everyday lives, this is your chance to be part of a team that has been supporting members for over 115 years.

Our inbound phone-based contact centre operates 365 days a year. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.


Responsibilities

* Drive sales by understanding members' needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our range of products and services.
* Deliver exceptional service that brings our brand promise to life.
* Act as a champion of personalised conversations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.


Qualifications

* Highly motivated with a positive nature.
* Strong personal initiative and enthusiasm.
* Active listener with strong communication skills to determine needs and solutions.
* Customer‑centric mindset, demonstrating exceptional service and sales skills.
* Curious, resilient, empathetic, and adaptable.
* Able to achieve both individual and team goals.
* Intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable).
* Desire to grow a career with RACV.


Hours & Learning

* Start date: Tuesday, 27th January 2026
* 5‑week rotational shift roster – includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts between 9.00am – 11.00pm.
* Work location: 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park.
* Learning Program availability: 9.00am–7.30pm Monday‑Friday over a 3‑month period.
* Dedicated support throughout learning journey.
