Accounts Payable Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders, efficiently addressing and resolving queries from generic mailboxes, liaising with distribution centers, stores, suppliers, and buying teams, preparing monthly accruals and business reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
This role requires a strong customer focus, sound negotiation skills, effective planning and time management skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy including Microsoft Office, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
