Administration Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Support Specialist.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Perform general administration tasks, including scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
o Provide backup support to the reception team, including answering phones and checking voicemail.
o Assist with marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and managing social media accounts.
o Process new client applications and maintain electronic client records.
o Prepare and lodge ASIC forms, manage annual returns, and monitor client ASIC accounts.
o Collate financial reports and ensure documents are complete for client signatures.
o Manage invoicing and debtor collection.
o Assist with onboarding and off-boarding clients.
o Work with various software systems to maintain accurate records.
About You:
* Essential Qualifications:
o Completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
o Six months experience in a similar role.
* Essential Skills:
o Strong communication skills.
o Attention to detail.
o Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Desirable Skills:
o Certificate in Business Administration.
