Alongside our winery, we proudly operate two restaurants: our two-hatted fine dining venue and our French bistro, Petit Tracteur. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, polished, and knowledgeable service to our guests.
- Share detailed insights about our menu and wine offerings.
- Maintain high service standards while delivering food and beverages.
- Participate in regular training and tastings to enhance your skills.
- Support team operations and uphold our brand values with professionalism.
- Work in a stunning vineyard setting, just 10 minutes from the beach.

What We’re Looking For
- Robust food and beverage knowledge with a passion for hospitality and wine (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Availability from Wednesday to Sunday with a rotating roster.
- RSA certification required; WSET Level 2 or higher is a plus.
- Reliable transport is essential, as we are not accessible by public transport.
