* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic input on End User Compute activities to align with organizational goals.
* Offer expert advice on Microsoft and Citrix technologies to support edge devices and application packaging.
* Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to End User Compute services.
* Govern IT Partners to deliver high-quality services through governance, reporting, and continuous service improvement.
* Develop and maintain processes to maximize customer experience.
What You'll Bring
* Five+ years of experience with End User Compute technologies managing large-scale deployments.
* In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems, Microsoft Surface Laptops, and Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager.
* A good understanding of applications, integration, and packaging; patching and vulnerability management.
* Previous experience in service delivery, working with and managing technology partners to deliver first-class technology services.
* Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure services.
* A genuine passion for technology and service delivery.
