- Ensure effective recruitment processes are in place to attract the best talent
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment strategies
- Organise and conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and manage offers of employment
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in retail recruitment and selection processes
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy including MS Office Suite
