THE ROLE
Day-to-day site supervisionManage multiple crews of blaster paintersGuide the team on productive safe work behaviourSet up sites and completionsCoordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hoursLiaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to scheduleChampion compliance with HSEQ requirements
About You
Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other tradesPolyurea application experience is desiredWhite cardDrivers licenceTeam player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
