This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile and complex matters, acting for government clients across a broad mix of common law, coronial and administrative law work. The Role You will work closely within a respected government law practice, focusing on: Coronial inquests and investigations Common law and tort-based claims Administrative law, including merits and judicial review Prosecutions, enforcement and disciplinary matters Advisory work relating to investigations and regulatory powers The role involves acting for government departments, statutory authorities and public sector clients, with matters often carrying significant public interest.
