The Opportunity Due to growth we have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Manager, Corporate Transactions with superior quantitative and financial skills has arisen, based in the Sydney Head Office. Reporting into the Head of M&A this is a key strategic role contributing to Stockland’s strategic objectives through analysis and execution of capital markets transactions including mergers, acquisitions and capital partnerships. You will be working on some big, exciting projects working on transformative deals and have plenty of exposure to Senior Executives across the business. Key Responsibilities of this role will include: Manage projects for mergers, acquisitions, and capital partnerships. Conduct portfolio analysis, valuation, and financial modelling. Prepare presentations and board papers. Coordinate due diligence with advisors. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Participate in ad hoc projects and corporate initiatives. Ensure compliance with HS&E plans. Act ethically and responsibly in transactions. About You We are looking for a highly experienced manager potentially coming from a Property Group, Investment Bank or Advisory firm. You will have had solid experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and ideally have some exposure to property or a related area (e.g. Real Assets). In summary, you will have: Experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably in property or real assets. Strong quantitative and financial skills. Advanced analytical, modelling, and numerical skills. Proven ability to influence and build relationships. Strong project management skills. Attention to detail.
