We're looking for a Wardrobe Production Scheduler to manage scheduling for our wardrobe manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced role where you'll ensure production runs smoothly, delivery deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain wardrobe production schedules.
* Coordinate delivery runs and liaise directly with customers.
* Manage lead-time changes and resolve capacity issues.
* Attend production meetings and report on progress.
* Support logistics to uphold quality and service standards.
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service and administration skills.
* Previous scheduling or rostering experience is highly regarded.
* Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing challenging conversations.
* Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
