The Opportunity
Are you currently studying Human Resources and ready to launch your career? We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Undergraduate Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic HR team at our head office in Beresfield.
This is the perfect role if you are eager to gain hands-on experience while completing your qualifications. We provide the mentorship and support needed to help you grow into a confident HR professional.
The Role
Working closely with the HR team, you will provide vital administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will report directly to the Group WHSE, HR & Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruitment Support: Assist with screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and placing job advertisements.
* Onboarding: Support the HR Team with drafting employment contracts and gathering essential documents like payroll info and qualifications.
* General Admin: Assist with ad hoc HR tasks.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a proactive "people person" who is ready to learn.
* Education: Currently undertaking a Qualification in Human Resources.
* Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage professionally with candidates and team members.
* Organisation: High attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively between work and study.
