As a Senior Area Manager, you will shape the success of multiple Care Communities by building strong leaders, inspiring high performance, and influencing outcomes that deliver exceptional resident care.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of Care Communities spanning Northern New South Wales, the Gold Coast and South Brisbane.
This is a high‐impact role where your ability to influence, coach and guide General Managers will be critical. You will lead through others—lifting capability, strengthening culture, and ensuring clinical, commercial and workforce excellence across diverse and dynamic environments.
You will champion Opal Healthcares purpose and values, drive continuous improvement, and cultivate a united leadership network focused on delivering outstanding resident experiences.
