About KOTRA SYDNEY
The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is a South Korean Government body under the ministry of Industry, trade and resource committed to promoting international trade and investment. KOTRA has played a significant role in supporting Korean SMEs expanding overseas and KOTRA Sydney, as part of KOTRA's worldwide network of over 128 offices in 83 countries, offers a wide variety of initiatives to support Korean SMEs to go to the Australian market.

Major Tasks:
Recruiting
• Liaising with Korean and local hiring companies to understand recruitment needs and connect them with suitable candidates
• Organising career-related events, including job fairs and recruitment seminars, to enhance networking opportunities between candidates and employers
• Creating engaging social media content to promote job opportunities and recruitment events, targeting Korean professionals in Australia
• Managing and maintaining a structured dataset of candidates to ensure an efficient and up-to-date talent pipeline
• Researching employment trend and Conducting relevant reports
Marketing
• Identifying Australian market opportunities for Korean suppliers
• Developing potential buyers/importers
• Arranging communications between buyers and suppliers
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications
• Bilingual in Korean and English for both written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to start working from 23 May of 2025
