About the role
The Senior Manager People and Workplace Culture will lead the coordination of Congress’ workforce development functions to build an inclusive, effective, and culturally effective workplace. The position works closely with cultural leads and oversees Training & Development and the Aboriginal Employment Unit to support Aboriginal workforce participation and strengthen leadership capability, staff development, and organisational culture across all parts of Congress.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual with experience leading people and culture teams who will work collaboratively across the organisation to enhance organisational inclusiveness, and who is culturally effective. The team supports leaders and staff across the organisation to strengthen a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
We are looking for a senior manager with strong interpersonal skills who has the ability to influence and communicate at a high level, form positive working relationships, and drive organisational capacity, problem solve and develop strategy.
