Wood is currently recruiting for a Piping Integrity Engineer to be based at Long Island Point, Hastings, where you will manage an efficient pressure equipment integrity program with the aim of maximizing safety outcomes.
This position will be for a permanent role supporting one of our major clients.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Integrity Engineer to be based at Long Island Point, Hastings.
What makes you remarkable?
Expected :
* Degree in mechanical / chemical / materials or related engineering discipline
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG or related industries. Desired experience in inspection / integrity engineering including :
* In-service inspection, fitness for service
* Knowledge in materials & corrosion engineering
* Non-destructive Evaluation
* Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
* Strong communication, leadership and business judgment skills
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills
* Broad knowledge of industry codes & standards including AS, ASME, API, AMPP, BS / ISO
* Experience in developing repair plans for static equipment (vessel, tank, piping ) in operating unit
* Experience in remaining life assessment including damage mechanism, consequence evaluation, risk identification & mitigation
