We're currently on the lookout for a motivated and experiencedAssistant Manager or Managerto help lead our team and continue delivering the service and standards our customers know and trust.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading, developing and supporting a passionate team of staff
Coordinating day-to-day operations includingrostering, inventory management, and claims/returns
Driving performance and upholding high service standards
Ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently and always with the customer in mind
Contributing to a positive store culture built on teamwork, learning, and a love of movement
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership or management experience in retail or customer-focused roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock, rosters and team performance
A passion for footwear, running, or helping others stay active
A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
Someone who's hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
