THE ROLE This is a newly created role as a Technical Support Analyst to provide support across desktop/software issues for internal staff. You'll be trained up by the developers and infrastructure team to troubleshoot typical issues across their in-house built CRM and hardware. Responsibilities: Serve as the 1 st P.O.C. for all internal IT issues across their offices. Manage the queue through their ticketing system. Assist in installation, configuration and usability of Windows desktop hardware/software and peripherals. Troubleshooting issues across their in-house built CRM and M365 applications. Engaging with senior staff and being able to resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure. YOUR PROFILE Ideal for a competent Technical Support Analyst with clear communication skills to communicate with internal staff. Suited to a fast learner, looking to work in a dynamic team with specific training and a long-term career pathway available. The following is required: 5 days a week in office (based in Homebush). 6-36 months technical support experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Clear communicator, able to speak with Senior staff and resolve issues under pressure. Approachable, customer focused personality who wants to help others. Motivated mindset to learn the in-house CRM from developers.
