* Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 - $125,720 + superannuation.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive Project Officer, Grants to contribute to the development, delivery, and administration of grants and funding programs that support disaster preparedness, recovery, and resilience across NSW.
In this role, you will help ensure funding frameworks are aligned to best practice, meet government objectives, and deliver value to communities. You will work across project planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring to help drive successful outcomes.
About You
You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. You will thrive in this role if you bring:
* Experience managing the grants administration lifecycle, including program development, application assessment, and funding acquittal.
* Strong coordination skills across project planning, budgeting, reporting, and resource management.
* Ability to support the delivery of funding programs aligned with agency policies and procedures.
* Analytical skills to conduct research, identify trends, and improve processes.
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
* A commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards using established project management methodologies.
* A team-focused mindset with a passion for public service and community outcomes.
Essential requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant knowledge and experience.

About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the RA) is a statutory corporation and executive agency of the Premier's Department, that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses and government.
