Base salary will be in the range of $112,572 - $158,351 17% Superannuation (Academic Level B-C) Based at our St Lucia Campus About This Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to focus their efforts on developing their record in teaching or leveraging their established record of achievement in teaching (including clinical teaching, where appropriate), research and service and engagement. As part of the Team-Based Learning program in the new MD program, this important role of MD Learning Facilitator will be crucial to enhancing the student experience in teaching, learning and assessment. At Level B, this position will allow a Lecturer to focus their efforts on growing their profile in teaching, the scholarship of teaching and service and engagement. As a teaching focused academic at level B the incumbent may coordinate or lead the activities of other staff and will usually have some involvement in scholarship of teaching and learning projects. A Senior Lecturer in this position will focus their efforts on leveraging their established record of achievement in teaching (including clinical teaching, where appropriate), research and service and engagement. At Level C, the incumbent may coordinate or lead the activities of other staff and is expected to have an active and effective record of scholarship of teaching and learning in medical education and a national profile in the discipline.
