About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager in Wetherill Park with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial maintenance. This hands-on role is responsible for managing all preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the NSW site operates in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The position reports to the NSW Operations Manager and plays a key role in maintaining equipment, coordinating contractors, and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning & Execution Plan and manage all maintenance work (internal, external, inspections). Make sure tasks are done on time and recorded. Keep spare parts and tools stocked; report and suggest fixes for issues. Equipment Maintenance (In-House) Respond quickly to equipment problems. Do inspections, cleaning, lubrication, repairs, and installations. Diagnose issues and decide if the work is done internally or externally. Oversee any assigned maintenance work. Contractor & Outsourced Work Get quotes, approvals, and check contractor performance. Make sure work is safe, on time, and within budget. Facilities & Compliance Work with the Property Manager on building issues. Manage facility access Schedule and log compliance checks (e.g. fire safety, cranes, noise). Records & Reporting Keep detailed maintenance records. Track costs and help prepare monthly reports. Keep inspection, part, invoice, manual, and tool records up to date. Safety & Leadership Promote safe work and make sure procedures are followed. Identify hazards and complete safety actions on time. Support emergency roles like Fire Warden or First Aid. Projects & Capital Works Help with buying equipment, planning capital projects, and automation.
