A well‑established quarrying and crushing operation near Geelong is seeking experienced Loader Operators to join their team. This organisation is known for maintaining high safety standards, reliable production output, and a supportive on‑site culture. They work 5 days, minimum 50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays available.
Your new role
You will operate a loader within a busy quarry environment, supporting daily production activities. Your duties will include feeding the crushing plant, stockpiling materials, loading trucks, and assisting with general quarry operations. This is a full‑time position, commencing with a 3‑month temporary probation period before transitioning to permanent employment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience operating loaders in quarries, mines or similar environment
* Rock crushing or scales experience is highly desirable.
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to work independently and follow production requirements
* Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of working in an outdoor environment
* Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing
