We are a small, locally loved country bakery looking for an experienced baker to join our team. If you're passionate about quality bread and pastries, enjoy working with people, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety. You'll be involved in daily baking as well as assisting customers, helping to create the warm and welcoming atmosphere our bakery is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Baking and preparing a range of breads and pastries
* Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness
* Assisting customers with friendly, helpful service
* Supporting the team with day-to-day bakery tasks as needed

* Proven experience in bread and pastry baking
* Confidence assisting customers and working front-of-house when required
* A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
* Passion for baking and pride in your work
* Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team
