About The Role
As an Associate Principal, you play a critical role in shaping high-quality, commercially sound learning solutions within an Executive Education portfolio. Each portfolio is sector-focused, supported by a cross-functional team and led by a Principal Consultant. Our current portfolios span: Financial & Professional Services, Industrials, Public Sector (including health and education). Candidates with experience aligned to any of these sectors are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to portfolio performance through high-quality solution design and advisory
* Lead or support client discovery and diagnostic activities
* Design learning architectures that deliver measurable learner and business outcomes
* Advise clients on capability development priorities and learning pathways
* Support long-term client relationships and repeat business
* Contribute to scalable product development, frameworks, and reusable assets
* Collaborate across portfolios on shared methodologies and enterprise initiatives
* Apply sound commercial judgement in solution design and delivery planning
About You
You are an experienced learning designer, consultant, or organisational development practitioner who enjoys working at the intersection of client needs, learning quality, and commercial outcomes.
You will typically bring
* Experience in learning design, consulting, or organisational development
* Strong capability in client discovery and solution design
* Subject matter expertise in a relevant discipline or sector
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
* A collaborative, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset
