- The Royal Melbourne Hospital Department of Imaging provides general and subspecialty Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging Services to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, City and Royal Park Campuses and to Melbourne Private Hospital and has links with co-located precinct partners The Royal Women's Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and the University of Melbourne Department of Radiology. As well as a busy clinical workload, the Department offers opportunities for teaching of Radiology registrars and medical students, and is actively involved in numerous areas of research.
- We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Ophthalmology team as a General, Medical Retina, Cataract and or Oculoplastic Sub-specialist.
- This role is Fractional/Fixed term (Leave Cover) position at 8.75 hours per fortnight with 5 sessions over a 4 week cycle, based at Royal Melbourne Hospital, City Campus in Parkville.
**Mandatory Qualifications required**
- Must hold registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Australia
- Minimum of one year Fellowship training in vitreoretinal or medical retina ophthalmic subspecialty.
