Working together, Wellways and Clarity Health Care are delivering a new model of mental health care - providing free, walk-in support with no referral required.
We are committed to creating a service that is welcoming and stigma-free, easy to access when people need it most, and focused on short to medium-term support and connection to the right care. This is your chance to contribute to a service that is reshaping the mental health system.
About you
You will be the heart of our Medicare Mental Health Centre and will provide a welcoming, empathetic and safe experience for team members, participants, carers and their families as they enter the Medicare Mental Health Centre. You are organised, positive and approachable, with a genuine passion for supporting others.

* Experience in reception, administration or coordination roles

You will need…
* Experience in Reception/Administration field
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Data entry skills
* Amazing communication skills
* Drivers Licence, Car Registration and Insurance
* Satisfactory Police Records Check
* NDIS Workers Screening Chek
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module - 'Quality Safety and You' (free online course)
* Right to Work within Australia
