Travel Sales Specialist – Cairns

What You'll Do
* Assist customers in booking tours, accommodation, and transport across Australia and New Zealand.
* Encourage and inspire people to explore new destinations.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with travellers.
* Work in a fun, vibrant environment with a team who shares your passion for travel.
What We're Looking For
* Sales experience is a must – we want someone who is comfortable engaging with customers and closing deals
* A passion for travel and helping others create amazing travel experiences.
* Positive, energetic, and friendly attitude with great communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
What We Offer
* Casual position with flexible hours (Monday to Friday).
* Pay rates:
* Mon-Fri: $32.06 per hour
* Saturday: $38.48 per hour
* Sunday: $44.89 per hour
* Commission opportunities when meeting sales targets – the more you sell, the more you earn
* Work counts towards regional work (88 days) – if you're completing the 88-day regional work requirement, this job helps you meet that
* No holiday or sick pay (please note, this is a casual role).
