Safetech Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechatronics/Controls Engineer to join our engineering team in Victoria. As a full-time Electrical and Controls Engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Electrical and controls system design.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Australian standards such as AS1418, AS4024 and AS3000.
* Support integration across design, production, and service.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
* Conduct on-site troubleshooting and commissioning.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Automation, electrical design and PLC programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
- NER and CPEng preferred.
- Knowledge of AS4024, AS1418 highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
