About the role
We are seeking an Account Assistant to join our Finance team at Bedingfeld Park Aged Care in Pinjarra, WA. This part-time role will be responsible for providing payroll and data entry support to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.
Hours of Work
Wednesday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm
What you'll be doing
* Process fortnightly payroll including employee timesheets, leave, and superannuation
* Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
* Assist with general accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
* Provide administrative support
* Ensure all financial data is accurately entered and maintained in our systems
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll and financial queries

* Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills to ensure financial data is accurate
* Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
