**Market Research Officer**

**About the opportunity**
The Market Research Officer plays a vital role in enhancing our mission by ensuring robust survey participation and effective communication with stakeholders. The position is responsible for monitoring survey response rates and providing weekly updates of core surveys, while also managing the promotion schedule. The officer will collaborate closely with the brand team to create up-to-date promotional assets, including annual infographics, and will oversee the administration of institutional surveys.
**What you'll do**:
- Consistently track survey response metrics, providing detailed weekly progress reports.
- Oversee and address incoming survey-related enquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality checks on survey questionnaires within the Qualtrics platform.
- Lead the recruitment and scheduling of focus group participants, facilitating effective representation and feedback.
**What we're looking for**:
- High level competence in creating and updating charts and tables for reports (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to utilise computerised administrative systems and databases
- High attention to detail, well developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to tight timeframes.
- Proven ability to act independently within established guidelines, exercising discretion, sound judgement and adaptability to prioritise between competing demands of different projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport at all levels.
**Salary details**
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $102,190 comprising base salary within the range of $78,210 to $87,342 plus 17% superannuation.
