An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a General Manager Wellbeing to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in the community services sector—someone who brings both experience and empathy. * Design and deliver programs that support staff wellbeing, including budget management and compliance reporting.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships to achieve strategic outcomes.
* Champion cultural safety and inclusion across all wellbeing initiatives.
