Job Opportunity: Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless venue operation.
* Manage operational expenses and control labor costs to achieve business objectives.
* Coach and develop staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
* Implement new processes and procedures to improve customer experience and venue operations.

Requirements:

* Proven leadership and coaching skills with 1 year of management experience.
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and cash handling procedures.
