Job Description
o Successfully on-board suppliers in your local region
o Work Closely with internal stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence during the transition
o Develop, implement, and manage effective procurement strategies
o Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with supplies
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
o Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
o Oversee the sourcing and selection of suppliers
o Manage and resolve any supply chain issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Category Manager - FM should have:
o A solid understanding of category planning and execution
o Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
o Experience in on-boarding new suppliers
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
